Jibito O Mrito (1892) by Tagore is an amazing story in which Kadambini is a childless widow. She dies unexpectedly one night. She is taken to be ritually cremated by the four Brahmins. However, she reclaims her life and goes away, refusing to return home because she believes she is a ghost. However, she has an unhappy existence and her family does not regard her as a living entity. She finally showed that she was alive after committing suicide. Raktakarabi is one of Rabindranath Tagore’s most difficult and highly praised plays. Tagore’s highly allegorical piece was originally titled ” Yakshapuri,” but when it was published in the journal “Prabasi” in 1924, it was renamed Raktakarabi. The drama portrays how human avarice rejects the beauty and naturalness of life, turning it into a machine and a required element for production, resulting in human outrage.”Enlighten India Productions” under the brand name of EIP and eipllp under Dipanwita Majumdar has the most unique approaches and sentiments towards developing and bringing Tagore to the 21st Century.
